GOVERNED INTELLIGENCE

Security & Responsible AI

AdamaIQ is building intelligence for consequential operations. Our approach begins with clear authority, accountable decisions, appropriate safeguards and honest boundaries.

Effective August 25, 2026 · AdamaIQ Technologies

Our operating principles

  • Governed authority: access and action should follow defined roles, permissions and organizational boundaries.
  • Traceable context: important records, decisions and state changes should preserve source and history.
  • Human accountability: consequential actions should remain reviewable and appropriately controlled.
  • Purpose limitation: collect and use information for legitimate, stated operational purposes.
  • Layered protection: combine technical safeguards with operational procedures and responsible vendor management.

Public website safeguards

The public website is separated from customer OXS production environments. Public inquiry submissions are stored in a dedicated lead database and routed through approved business services. The form instructs visitors not to submit sensitive or regulated information. We use access controls and platform safeguards appropriate to this limited public-site function.

Responsible AI boundaries

AI-generated recommendations can be incomplete or incorrect. AdamaIQ designs for visible context, human review and authority-aware workflows rather than treating AI output as unquestionable truth. Ask LYNDA’s public-site experience is a guide; production capabilities depend on the data, permissions, controls and commercial scope of a governed implementation.

AdamaIQ does not represent public-site AI content as legal, financial, medical, safety-critical or other regulated professional advice.

Product security and customer responsibility

Security measures for OXS Matrix and other commercial services are defined by the applicable implementation, architecture and written agreement. Customers remain responsible for authorized users, endpoint security, appropriate data entry, role assignments, lawful use and promptly reporting suspected compromise.

Report a security concern

If you believe you found a security vulnerability, do not access, alter, retain or disclose data beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the issue. Send a concise report—including affected URL, observed behavior, reproduction steps and contact information—to info@adamaiq.com. Do not include sensitive data in the initial report.

This page describes current principles and public-site practices. It is not a certification, audit report, service-level agreement or representation that any particular compliance framework applies.

Continuous evolution

Our safeguards and AI governance will evolve with product maturity, risk, customer requirements, legal obligations and changes in technology. We will update this page as material public commitments are established.
