This policy applies to adamaiq.com and public inquiries submitted to AdamaIQ Technologies. It does not govern a customer’s separate use of OXS Matrix or another AdamaIQ product under a commercial agreement; those services may have product-specific privacy and data-processing terms.
Information we collect
When you request a briefing or complete the OXS discovery interview, we may collect your name, business email, company, industry, operating footprint, estimated users, current systems, capability interests, integration needs, automation scope, planning horizon, investment range, decision-team profile, stated priorities, message, consent choice, submission source and time. We may also receive routine technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser type, device information and request logs.
Please do not submit passwords, payment credentials, government identifiers, customer records, health information, trade secrets or other sensitive, regulated or confidential information through the public inquiry form.
How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and arrange requested briefings.
- Understand business needs and evaluate potential services or partnerships.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the website.
- Maintain appropriate business records and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information submitted through the public inquiry form.
Email, text and demo notifications
When you separately choose the optional marketing consent, AdamaIQ may send recurring automated emails or text messages about OXS, briefings, demonstrations and related services. Consent is not required to purchase or receive a response to an inquiry. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.
You may unsubscribe from email using the link in the message or reply STOP to a text message. Reply HELP for assistance or contact info@adamaiq.com. Transactional or directly requested communications may still be sent when appropriate.
Analytics and your choice
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand visits, page engagement, referral sources and successful briefing requests. The site does not load the Analytics tag unless you select “Allow analytics.” Your choice is saved on your device and can be changed using the Analytics settings control. Declining analytics does not restrict access to the website or inquiry form.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, legitimate business records, dispute prevention and legal obligations. Retention may vary by the nature of the relationship. We use administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
